The EASL Governing Board decided to modify the grand round concept in 2016. On popular demand, EASL will have the same format this year. Senior members of major European institutions will present an interesting or challenging case together with a junior member of their team. Each case presented will represent a challenge of broad interest to the audience, and aims to nurture discussions.
A co-chair, from another institution, will be present in the intention of animating the debate.
The objective of this concept is to foster interaction between a broad audience of clinicians during The International Liver CongressTM through a live discussion of interesting clinical cases.
There will be 5 grand round sessions taking place on Friday from 11:30 to 12:30:
